Where do we get an Arizona marriage license? +
Marriage licenses are issued by the Superior Court Clerk in the county where you plan to marry. In Pinal County, visit the Pinal County Superior Court. Arizona has no waiting period.
How long is an Arizona marriage license valid? +
Arizona marriage licenses are valid for one year from the date of issuance. You must use the license within that window.
What do we need to bring for the license? +
Both parties must appear in person with valid government-issued photo ID. There is a fee at time of issuance. Contact the county clerk for current requirements.
How far in advance should we book? +
We recommend booking as soon as you have your date confirmed. Popular dates fill quickly. We do accommodate short-notice requests when availability allows.
