Welcome to Blue Ink Notary Pros, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our notary and related services ("Services"), including our website (the "Site"). By requesting or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Disclaimer: Not Legal Advice

We are Notaries Public and are not attorneys licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona. We are not authorized to draft legal documents, give legal advice, or express legal opinions. If you have any questions about the nature or legality of your documents, you must consult with a qualified attorney.

2. Client Responsibilities

When requesting our Services, you ("Client") agree to the following:

• Valid Identification: All signers must present valid, unexpired, government-issued photo identification at the time of notarization (e.g., Driver's License, State ID, Passport).
• Presence: All signers must be physically present for mobile notarization or present via audio-visual technology for Remote Online Notarization (RON).
• Understanding and Willingness: All signers must demonstrate a clear understanding of the document they are signing and must be signing of their own free will, without coercion.
• Document Preparation: Documents must be complete, without blank spaces (except for signature lines). We cannot advise on how to fill out your document.

3. Fees, Payment, and Cancellations

Notary Fees: Fees for notarial acts are set in accordance with Arizona state law.

Service & Travel Fees: We charge additional fees for mobile travel, RON technology, document printing, after-hours service, and other services like fingerprinting or permit running. All fees will be quoted to you before the appointment is confirmed.

Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least two (2) hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than two hours' notice, or if the notarization cannot be completed due to Client's failure to meet responsibilities (e.g., no valid ID, signer not present), may be subject to a cancellation fee or the full travel fee.

4. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person if:

• The signer cannot produce valid identification.
• The signer appears confused, incapacitated, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• The signer cannot communicate directly with the Notary Public.
• We suspect fraud, coercion, or that the transaction is illegal.
• The document is incomplete or contains blank spaces that could be used fraudulently.

5. Limitation of Liability

Blue Ink Notary Pros, LLC maintains an Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance policy of $1,000,000. Our liability for any claim arising from a notarial act is limited to the amount of this policy and as prescribed by Arizona state law. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the content of the document, the failure to meet document deadlines, or the refusal to perform a notarial act for reasons specified in these Terms.

6. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with our Services are described in our Privacy Policy (please see the "Privacy Policy" page).

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our Site. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
